Changes and cancellations are not guaranteed. Please contact us as soon as possible to see what options are available.
It may take 24-72 hours to process, package and ship your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your order is on its way.
This may be due to a typing error in your email address, or your form of payment was declined. If you didn't receive an order confirmation within 24 hours of ordering, please email us at email@example.com so we can make sure your order came through.
Some items have natural variances due to the materials they were made with, please make sure to read the product descriptions before ordering.
We often sell vintage, imperfect items. These items are sold as-is and imperfections are detailed on the page.
If the item you received is damaged or incorrect, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue. We will make sure you're taken care of.
Please go through the returns process within 30 days to return an unworn, unused, unwashed item.
You may order the new item you'd prefer straight from the site. We do not offer exchanges.
You have 30 days to initiate a return. Items that are returned must be unworn and unwashed.
Sale and Vintage Shop items are final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Please note: Orders placed between November 1 and December 31 are eligible for return through January 31 of the following year.
Refunds are issued after we receive the package and inspect the item(s). This process may take 10-21 days but we try to process returns as quickly as we can. Processing time may be longer during the holiday season.
Once your refund is issued, you will receive an email notification. Please note that it can take 5-7 business days for your bank to reflect the transaction.
